Job summary

Towne Towne is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt and safe manner. You will also assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure and provide directions or information about local amenities.

The role emphasizes a friendly demeanor, clear English communication, and adherence to parking procedures. The position includes evening/night shifts and benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license or reside within commuting distance.
• One month of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to read/write English and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and greet guests professionally.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage delivery and pickup when applicable.
• Answer guest questions about facilities, directions, and local attractions.
• Explain parking rates and issue/collect keys and claim checks accurately.
