Job summary

The Towne Guest Service Associate role focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality and valet services at our Towne Park locations. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles, assist with luggage, and ensure guest inquiries are handled with care.

We expect a friendly, professional demeanor, ability to work late night hours (11:00pm–7:00am), and basic math for handling parking charges. Benefits are provided for eligible roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license for required state.
• 1 month of related experience or training.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality services to guests in a friendly, attentive manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services where applicable.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests; manage tickets and keys.
