Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a part-time Building Attendant to support housekeeping, snow removal, and grounds maintenance at Liberty First Credit Union Arena. The role pays an hourly rate of $21.00-$23.00 and requires on-site presence for event-driven scheduling.

Candidates should have 1+ year of relevant facility experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced arena environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar position in a large facility preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with a variety of cleaning tools listed in qualifications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure event environment with thousands of people in attendance.
• Demonstrated positive and professional interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work individually and as a team to complete required projects and tasks, contributing to a professional, teamwork atmosphere.
• Clean and disinfect facilities.
• Responsible for safe and correct use of various equipment, including a variety of mops, brooms, shovels, scrapers, buffers/burnishers, rider sweepers, scrubbers, walk-behind scrubbers, blowers, vacuums, snow removal equipment, and others as required.
• Responsible for effective and safe use of various chemicals to be used as trained/directed in accordance with company, state, federal, and OSHA standards.
• Provide excellent guest service to internal and external clients and guests.
• Work on-site, maintain excellent attendance, and contribute to a safe & healthy work environment.
