Job summary

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Specialist for the night shift in Auburn, AL. The role will oversee daily activities of Class A CDL drivers and company equipment to ensure safe, efficient transportation aligned with company policies.

The candidate will monitor performance, optimize routes, coordinate pickups/deliveries, and collaborate with engineering to meet capacity and service goals while maintaining regulatory compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in management, business, logistics, transportation is required.
• Minimum of three years of related supervisory experience is required.
• Transportation or logistics industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned Class A CDL drivers and company equipment.
• Coordinate timely pickups and deliveries and monitor driver and asset performance.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA and safety procedures.
• Monitor KPI metrics like on-time service, fuel and asset utilization.
• Work with engineering to address capacity needs and service issues.
• Communicate with drivers, customers and leadership to resolve issues.
