Job summary

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Specialist for the night shift in Rossville, TN. The role oversees day-to-day activities of Class A CDL drivers and company equipment, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient transportation operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating pickups, monitoring performance, maintaining records, and communicating with drivers, customers, and leadership. The position partners with engineering to address capacity and service needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in transportation/logistics.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and FMCSA safety standards preferred.
• Ability to coach and manage drivers and ensure policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of Class A CDL drivers and company equipment.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient transportation operations.
• Coordinate pickups/deliveries and monitor driver performance and asset utilization.
• Maintain transportation records and generate operational reports.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and leadership to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with engineering to address capacity and service planning.
