Job summary

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Specialist on the B Shift in Pendleton, SC to oversee daily activities of Class A CDL drivers and company equipment.

You will ensure safe, efficient transportation operations and adherence to policy and regulatory requirements. You will coordinate pickups and deliveries, monitor driver performance, manage attendance, and collaborate with engineering to address capacity needs and improve service.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in management, business, logistics, transportation, or related field is required.
• Minimum of three years of related supervisory experience is required.
• Transportation or logistics industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of assigned Class A CDL drivers and equipment.
• Monitor compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations, Hours of Service, OSHA, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate timely pickups and deliveries and communicate with drivers, customers, and leadership.
• Track performance indicators and manage attendance, staffing, and equipment assignments.
• Maintain accurate transportation records and use TMS tools for reporting.
