Qualifications

• Experience or foundational knowledge in trucking, towing, logistics, transportation, or dispatch preferred but not required.
• Strong computer proficiency with multiple applications and systems.
• Tech-savvy with quick learning of new software and technologies.
• Experience with dispatch platforms, GPS tracking systems, CRM, or transportation software is a plus.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
• Strong ability to prioritize and remain calm under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to grow professionally.
• Positive work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Must be available to work a rotating schedule of four consecutive days on followed by four consecutive days off (including weekends and holidays); Overnight hours 6PM–6AM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers, tow operators, or trucking personnel.
• Monitor active jobs and ensure schedules are met.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams on status and updates.
• Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Track vehicle locations, route progress, and operational updates using dispatch software and GPS.
• Input, update, and maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Handle calls, emails, and customer requests professionally.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and adapt to changing priorities.
• Maintain attention to detail and timely completion of assignments.
• Assist with operational coordination and other admin tasks.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline operations.
