Navigate Search in New York is seeking a Tow Dispatch & Roadside Assistance Coordinator to join our growing team. You will coordinate towing and roadside requests, communicate with customers and drivers, and help ensure timely service.

This role suits a problem-solver who excels at multitasking in a fast-paced environment and values accuracy, reliability, and strong customer care. The schedule includes rotating four days on, four days off with overnight shifts 6 PM–6 AM.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers, dispatch software, GPS, and other technology.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous dispatch or call center experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and dispatch towing and roadside service requests.
• Coordinate and communicate with drivers to ensure prompt service.
• Provide customers with updates on service status and ETA.
• Monitor service progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Enter and maintain accurate service information in the dispatch system.
• Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, insurance companies, motor clubs, and partners.
• Resolve routine service issues and concerns when necessary.
• Support daily dispatch operations with a high level of customer service.
