Job summary

Crystal Mountain is seeking a Night Ticket Checker to audit RFID gates, ensure correct ticket types, and manage crowd flow during night ski operations. You will handle maze setup, guest inquiries, and escalate issues to leadership as needed while supporting a safe and friendly guest experience.

Located at Crystal Mountain, WA, this role requires early morning to late evening shifts, outdoor work in cold conditions, and a strong focus on guest service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays and long hours.
• Able to lift at least 30 pounds on an occasional basis.
• standing for extended periods and working outside in cold/rain.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication; excellent guest service.
• Self-motivated, independent yet team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Audit RFID gates and ensure correct ticket type at night operations.
• Put away mazes at lifts and RFID gates.
• Manage crowd control in lift lines and respond to guest inquiries.
• Escalate larger issues to Night Ticket Checking Lead/Supervisor.
• Assist guests with questions and provide direction as needed.
• Maintain safety and integrity of maze areas and equipment.
