Job summary

Crystal Mountain is seeking a Lead Ticket Checker to support Lift Operations. You will assist Ticket Checkers, lead a small team, manage tasks, and ensure smooth operation of lift mazes while upholding safety and guest service standards.

The role requires leadership experience, willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, and a commitment to teamwork in a dynamic mountain environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and/or Ticket Checking Lead experience required.
• Ski/Snowboard experience preferred.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be self-motivated and able to maximize use of time and resources.

Responsibilities

• Assist Ticket Checkers at multiple lifts in daily duties.
• Identify and delegate tasks and projects for Ticket Checkers.
• Lead your team of Ticket Checkers in assigned tasks and projects.
• Must adhere to Department of Labor policies and ensure breaks are taken.
• Responsible for appearance of mazes and staff, auditing supplies and documentation.
• Assist in crowd control and handle guest issues.
