Alterra Mountain Company’s Crystal Mountain resort in Washington seeks a Night Ticket Checker to audit RFID gates and ensure guests have the correct ticket type during night operations. You will set up and take down mazes, guide guests, and perform crowd control in lift lines, while delivering warm, attentive service in a winter resort environment.

This seasonal role requires early mornings and evenings, weekends, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work outdoors in cold conditions,

Qualifications

• This position requires early mornings, evenings, weekends, and long hours.
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds on occasion.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated, independent, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Audit RFID gates and ensure guests have the correct ticket type.
• Put away mazes at lifts and RFID gates.
• Perform and manage crowd control in lift lines.
• Answer guest inquiries and resolve issues, escalating when needed.
