Crystal Mountain, part of Alterra Mountain Company, is seeking a Part Time Guest Service/Ticketing Agent to assist guests with arrivals, departures, and inquiries on property. You will work both indoors and outdoors in a fast-paced mountain environment, delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include resolving guest issues, providing product information, and performing basic sales transactions using POS software. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

• Previous experience in customer service and resolving issues preferred.
