Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls and provide information regarding patients, hospital services and events.
• Maintain internal and external beeper system and respond to codes; monitor alarm panels.
• Keep an accurate log of calls and codes; provide after-hours registration coverage and support to the Business Office.
