Job summary
TW Services seeks a Dock Unloader/Lumper for its Portland, Oregon location. This is a full-time, permanent role with a weekly pay cycle plus production incentives ranging from $600 to $1,000. Responsibilities include unloading pallets, maintaining safety, and performing equipment checks. Candidates should have at least 1 year of warehouse experience and must be authorized to work in the U.S.A. Steel toe shoes are required upon hire. Benefits include PPO Health Insurance with vision and dental coverage.

Skills
TW Services, is a third‑party Warehouse Service Provider for Fred Meyer. We are currently seeking staff to join our team at the Food Distribution Center. We are not a temp agency. Employment would be full time and permanent.
We have a fast‑onboarding process that can get you to work after your interview.
- Dock Unloader/Lumper
- Sunday to Friday
- 8:00PM - 4:30AM
- Further shift details can be addressed at interview.
- Weekly pay cycle! Get paid every Friday
- Base pay plus production, $600 to $1,000 weekly production pay

- Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials
- Breakdown and restack product from pallets
- Product and quantity verification
- Wrap pallets

- Must have minimum 1 year prior warehouse experience
- Electric pallet jack experience (preferred)Contingent upon passing drug screen and background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S.A.
- Ability to work as a team and individually
- Steel toe shoes required upon hire!
