You will oversee displays, assist with training, and maintain a positive, high-morale team environment. Responsibilities include inventory tracking, case counts, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Assists in training as delegated by Team Leader using training materials.
• Maintains a positive work environment supporting high morale.
• Completes inventory management processes and related worksheets.
• Tracks productivity of the stocking crew.
• Opens and closes department per procedures.
• Sets and achieves high standards of retail execution.
• Fosters teamwork and exceptional morale.
• Directs Team Members to satisfy customer needs.
• Trains, mentors, and counsels Team Members to maintain a high-performance team.
• Delivers timely performance evaluations.
• Models WFM vision and goals consistently.
