Job summary

Walmart is seeking a store leadership professional to drive store performance in Knoxville, TN. The role focuses on leading and developing teams, delivering outstanding customer service, and aligning store operations with the company strategy and core practices.

You will manage budgets, analyze PL statements, oversee merchandising, inventory flow, and shrink mitigation while building a high-performing team committed to the One Best Way service model.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback.
• Tour to Teach, communicating and collaborating with all levels of associates regarding store operations utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising and company direction.
• Creates and leads change initiatives, provides clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions and communicates objectives to teams.
