Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of college; or 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory experience; or 2 years general work and 1 year supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms training may be required where applicable.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete all job trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives customer service initiatives and ensures a high quality experience for customers and associates.
• Manages and supports store operations including merchandising, budgeting, and open to company change efforts.
