• Associates must complete all required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates.
• Oversees store operations, merchandising, and customer service standards.
• Drives store financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Mentors hourly associates, assigns duties, and builds a culture of belonging.
• Ensures compliance with policies and Open Door guidance.
