Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of college; or 1 year of retail experience with 1 year supervisory experience; or 2 years of general work experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Associates must attend and complete required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• BS in Business Management and Leadership with 5+ direct reports supervision experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly associates, coach performance, and promote a sense of belonging.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and integrity across operations.
• Drive financial performance by monitoring sales, expenses, and budget plans.
