Qualifications

• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training, giving feedback, and guiding store operations.
• Drives sales and manages budgeting, forecasting, and expenses for the store area.
• Oversees staffing, performance management, coaching, and associate development.
• Ensures customer service standards and effective merchandise presentation to reduce shrink and improve profitability.
• Partners with store leadership to implement business initiatives and change efforts.
