Qualifications

• Preferred Qualifications: BS in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U; experience supervising 5+ direct reports; performance management and mentoring responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and listening to associates.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PLs, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards and implement Open Door policy and Walmart values.
