Job summary

The role manages budgeting, forecasting, and expenses to align with sales goals, supervises inventory flow, merchandising, and shrink reduction, and upholds Open Door Policy and integrity in every action.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training.
• Associates must attend and complete job trainings (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and listening to associates, guiding operations and feedback.
• Directs budgeting, forecasting and expense control to align with sales and profitability goals.
• Ensures customer service excellence and adherence to company policies, Open Door Policy, and integrity standards.
