Job summary

MN Adult & Teen Challenge is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Withdrawal Management team for overnight coverage. The RN will perform nursing assessments, monitor withdrawal, manage medications, and coordinate care within a multidisciplinary treatment setting.

This role requires an active Minnesota RN license, CPR, and at least three years of nursing experience, with knowledge of CIWA-Ar and COWS. Schedule options include 12.5-hour shifts on Sunday-Tuesday or Wednesday-Friday.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Minnesota.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain on onboarding.
• Minimum three years of nursing experience.
• Experience conducting nursing assessments, health screenings, and triage.
• Knowledge of withdrawal management, CIWA-Ar and COWS.

Responsibilities

• Complete admissions screenings, triage assessments, and evaluations.
• Monitor withdrawal symptoms and patient health throughout stay.
• Administer medications, reconcile prescriptions, and track documentation.
• Coordinate care with hospitals, pharmacies, and providers.
• Ensure trauma-informed, person-centered care within the team.
