Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge is seeking a Withdrawal Management Technician to support safe, person-centered care for clients in a licensed withdrawal management setting. You will monitor clients, document health information, and collaborate with nursing and medical staff to ensure safety and recovery while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year in healthcare/behavioral health or related setting.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or obtainable before direct care.

Responsabilités

• Monitor client changes and report to clinical staff.
• Document health observations, vital signs, and concerns.
• Assist with ADLs and daily living activities.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and infection control.
• Support withdrawal management services and care plans.
