Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Withdrawal Management Technician to support delivery of safe, high-quality withdrawal management services. You will monitor clients, document health information, assist with ADLs, and work with licensed staff to promote recovery.

The role requires flexibility to cover early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts. A high school diploma and CPR/First Aid certification are required, with prior health care or behavioral

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of healthcare or behavioral health experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or obtainable prior to direct care.
• Strong observation, documentation, and communication skills.
• Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Monitor clients for health and safety and report concerns.
• Record vital signs, health information, and observations.
• Support activities of daily living and maintain a safe environment.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and room preparation.
• Participate in safety checks and emergency procedures.
• Collaborate with nursing and counseling staff to support care.
