Job summary

Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge is seeking an Overnight Withdrawal Management Technician to support safe, high-quality care in a licensed withdrawal management setting. You will monitor clients, document health information, assist with ADLs, and collaborate with nursing and medical staff to ensure recovery-oriented care.

Working in the Minneapolis clinic, this role requires flexibility for overnight shifts and a commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• minimum one year of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, withdrawal management, or recovery services.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or obtainable before direct client care.
• knowledge of health screening and vital sign monitoring is expected.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clients for changes and report to clinical staff.
• Document observations and health screenings.
• Assist with ADLs and maintain a safe environment.
• Support admission and discharge procedures and care plans.
