Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the night shift (5:30 PM–4:30 AM) in Atlanta. You will lead a warehouse team, ensure accurate receiving, putaway, production, and shipping processes, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership in warehousing, familiarity with 5S/lean principles, and PIT equipment certification within 90 days. Strong safety mindset and hands‑on people leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Supervised 10–15 employees, ensuring safety and productivity.
• 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data entry for counts and corrections.
• Familiarity with 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
• Becomes certified to use all PIT equipment within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night shift warehouse team and ensure tasks are executed safely and accurately.
• Coordinate with leads, receivers, and associates to monitor receiving and putaway.
• Manage product movement to production, shipping, and staging per WMS.
• Lead shift handoffs, report variances, and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct end-of-shift reviews and ensure proper documentation and cleanup.
