Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the night shift (5:30 PM – 4:30 AM) to lead the warehouse team across receiving, production support, and shipping activities. You will ensure accuracy, safety, and timely execution of tasks, while collaborating with stakeholders to preclude production delays.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership in a warehouse setting, proficiency with Microsoft Office and handheld data logging, and a strong commitment to safety and SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Computer proficiency to execute transactions and enter counts/corrections.
• Ability to use handheld data logging equipment.
• Must have supervised at least 10–15 employees.
• 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience.
• 5S and lean manufacturing principles desired.
• Familiar with PIT equipment and certified within 90 days of employment.
• General high school degree or GED.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse core functions for the shift, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Coordinate receiving, production support, and shipping activities per SOPs.
• Manage performance of warehouse leads and associates with minimal guidance.
• Conduct end-of-shift walkthroughs and ensure proper return of items to designated locations.
