The ideal candidate has 2+ years of warehouse leadership, supervises 5–10 staff, and applies 5S/lean principles. Forklift certification within 90 days is required; MS Office and data-entry skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with MS Office; data entry and counting skills.
• 2+ years in warehouse leadership; supervises 5–10 employees.
• Familiarity with 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
• Forklift certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise core warehouse functions and ensure SOP compliance.
• Maintain drop zone layout and promote a safe workplace.
• Issue product to production using WMS and track inventory.
• Coordinate with production management to troubleshoot efficiency.
• Conduct end-of-shift walkthroughs and audits.
• Provide coaching, performance evaluations and lead development.
• Ensure accurate WMS usage for material movements.
• Escalate issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
