Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the night shift from 5:30 PM to 4:30 AM. The role focuses on organizing associates, training on SOPs, and ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have warehouse leadership experience and proficiency with Netsuite and WMS systems, plus strong Excel and Word skills for daily counts and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word to execute transactions and enter counts.
• Ability to use handheld data logging equipment.
• Previous leadership experience in a warehouse environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Warehouse Lead manages daily task lists and assigns associates to execute tasks during the shift.
• Trains all associates on standard procedures and ensures safety and timely completion of work.
