The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, at least 1 year in warehouse roles, and proficiency with Excel/Word and warehouse software like Netsuite and WMS.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year warehouse experience in shipping, receiving or inventory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
• Experience leading warehouse teams preferred.
• Ability to train others on standard procedures and safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of warehouse workers to meet shift task lists.
• Train associates on standard procedures and safety.
• Oversee receiving to ensure accuracy and inventory integrity.
• Lead outbound shipping processes and ensure proper documentation.
• Manage inventory records and conduct cycle counts.
