Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in warehousing and at least 6 months of supervisory experience, plus PC and Microsoft Office proficiency. Occasional travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum of three years of warehousing, distribution, or related experience.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.
• PC and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine work volume, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Assign duties and examine work for quality and conformity to policies.
• Monitor and direct shipping of outbound orders.
• Mentor and coach associates, including performance evaluations.
• Assist in safety program and process improvements.
