Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine work volume and create schedules to maximize cost effectiveness.
• Assign duties and inspect work for quality and policy adherence.
• Schedule inventories and coordinate shipments to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor shipping accuracy and provide clear on-the-job instructions.
• Maintain associate accountability per SOPs and resolve grievances.
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate performance; manage time and attendance.
• Oversee receiving zoning and product database development.
• Lead safety initiatives and contribute to process improvements.
