Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for our Presort facility in Indianapolis, IN. The role offers $61,000–$64,000 annually plus a 6% field bonus, with actual pay based on skills and location.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM; the position does not have a fixed vacation allowance. You will supervise production workers, ensure quality control, and help meet postal deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and/or MS Access along with basic knowledge of MS Word, internet, and email.

Responsibilities

• Organizes the mail flow on the production floor by assigning workers and assessing volumes and type of mail to meet postal deadlines.
• Oversees production workers on designated shift and handles interviewing, hiring, training, appraising performance, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensures adherence to company policies and applicable laws; maintains quality across the production area.
• Supports USPS and internal reports, job costing reports, and USPS postal regulations.
• Communicates clearly between shifts and looks for ways to improve efficiency, equipment use, and worker motivation.
