Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the Grove City, OH Presort facility. The 3rd shift runs 9:30pm–6:30am, Monday through Friday, with a salary range of $59,000–$62,000 plus a 6% bonus. This role does not have a set vacation allotment.

As part of the team, you will organize mail flow, supervise production staff, and ensure USPS regulations are followed. Prior supervisory and mailing-industry experience, plus MS Excel/Access skills, are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience in USPS-related areas (presort, mailroom, etc).
• Minimum of two years of progressive production or mailing industry experience.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Access skills; basic MS Word and internet/email knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Organizes the mail flow on the production floor by assigning workers and assessing volumes to meet deadlines.
• Oversees production workers on designated shift.
• Interviews, hires, trains, and appraises performance; rewards and disciplines employees.
• Ensures compliance with USPS regulations and completes required reports.
• Maintains clear communication between shifts and suggests efficiency improvements.
