Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for our Grove City, OH Presort facility. The 3rd shift runs 9:30pm–6:30am, Monday through Friday, with a salary range of $59,000–$62,000 plus a 6% bonus, depending on your skills and experience.

This role emphasizes meeting postal deadlines and maintaining production flow. You will supervise production workers, organize mail flow, hire and train staff, and ensure compliance with USPS regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in USPS-related environments.
• Minimum 2 years in production or mailing industries.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access; basic MS Word, Internet, and Email.

Responsibilities

• Organize mail flow on the production floor by assigning workers and assessing volumes to meet deadlines.
• Oversee production workers on designated shift.
• Interview, hire, train, appraise performance; reward and discipline employees.
• Ensure compliance with USPS regulations and internal policies.
• Contribute to improving equipment utilization and working conditions.
• Maintain clear shift communications.
• Complete required USPS and internal reports.
• Support Operations Manager with supervision and reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
