Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for our Arlington, TX presort facility to lead the production team on the night shift and ensure timely mail processing. You will direct personnel, monitor workflow, and maintain quality standards while aligning with USPS requirements and company policies.

The role offers a 3rd shift from Tuesday to Saturday, 12:30 AM to 8:30 AM, with a salary range of $59,000 to $63,000 plus a 6% bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year supervisory experience in presort, mailroom, or related fields.
• Minimum two years of progressively responsible experience in a production or mailing industry environment.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel; basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Access.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production workers on the assigned shift and manage staffing.
• Ensure adherence to USPS regulations and meet postal deadlines.
• Assist Operations Manager with USPS and internal reports and ensure clear shift communication.
• Offer suggestions to increase efficiency of equipment usage and worker motivation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
