You will lead production teams, ensure postal deadlines, and uphold quality and USPS compliance while driving efficiency and cost control across presort operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in a production/mailing environment.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and/or MS Access; basic MS Word, internet and email.

Responsibilities

• Organize mail flow on the production floor by assigning workers and assessing volumes to meet deadlines.
• Oversee production workers on designated shift.
• Interview, hire, training, appraise performance, and manage disciplinary actions.
