Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an Operations Team Lead for our Wind Gap, PA facility. The role focuses on leading daily warehouse operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring efficient handling of shipments while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will develop production schedules, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement, reporting to the Supervisor. The position runs Wednesday–Saturday, 4:30pm–3am, with compensation at $26-$27 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of leadership in warehouse or logistics.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong conflict resolution and team management skills.
• Data-driven approach to monitor KPIs and adjust plans.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train team members to ensure productivity and safety.
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Develop and implement production schedules and resource allocation.
• Monitor performance and prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Foster positive employee relations and escalate issues when needed.
