Job summary

SpartanNash is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day DC operations, including labor management, shipping and receiving, and facility maintenance.

You will analyze KPI data, drive continuous improvements, and coach staff to meet goals. Partner with distribution management and Customer Service to optimize delivery schedules and ensure accuracy. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and familiarity with warehouse management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
• Five years distribution center experience; two years supervisory/management experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with MS Office and WMS

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of distribution center operations including labor management, shipping/receiving, and facility maintenance.
• Review and analyze operational reports, KPI, labor allocations and budgets to drive improvements and meet goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and cross-functional teams; ensure on-time delivery and accuracy of shipments.
