Job summary

Cardinal Health’s Saint Charles, MO distribution center is seeking a Lead Associate, Warehouse Operations to support the Warehouse Supervisor in outbound management and on-floor leadership. You will coordinate receipt of shipments, schedule trucks, and delegate tasks to warehouse staff while generating productivity and quality reports.

The role communicates with external customers about disruptions and delivery windows, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs workflows on the warehouse floor, including packing, unloading, shipping and scheduling of delivery.
• Monitors inventory levels, submits orders, and audits warehouse operations.
• Analyzes productivity data to identify performance gaps.
• Coordinates with Supervisors on warehouse and inventory priorities.
• Forecasts inbound/outbound workload to plan labor utilization.
