Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Lead Associate, Warehouse Operations (Nights) for our Saint Charles, MO distribution center. The role focuses on outbound management, directing warehouse staff, and coordinating shipments in a fast-paced pharmaceutical supply chain.

You will analyze productivity, schedule inbound/outbound work, and communicate customer delivery updates while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Flexibility for overtime and strong coordination with supervisors are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years of experience or equivalent
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Teams is preferred
• Experience with material handling equipment is preferred
• Spanish and English proficiency is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversees outbound warehouse operations under supervision
• Directs floor workflows including packing, unloading, shipping and delivery scheduling
• Analyzes productivity data to improve efficiency
• Coordinates with Warehouse Supervisors on priorities and inventory
• Forecasts workload and assists in staffing and equipment needs
• Supports inbound/outbound processes and safety requirements
• Wears appropriate PPE and adheres to SOPs
