The role emphasizes safety, quality, and cost efficiency within a healthcare distribution environment. Responsibilities include coaching three direct-report supervisors, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and leveraging WMS and ERP systems to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years leading operational teams or similar.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in warehouse/distribution, inventory planning preferred.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables) and ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound distribution operations including picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure orders processed accurately, on-time, and within budget.
• Provide leadership and development for a team of supervisors and ~75 indirect reports.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA, DEA, FDA, etc.).
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics; manage labor planning and scheduling.
• Collaborate with inventory, inbound, transportation, quality, and other teams.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
