Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Lead Associate, Warehouse Operations in Saint Charles, MO to support outbound warehouse management and staff coordination. You will help schedule shipments, coordinate inbound shipments, and generate productivity reports while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced environment, flexibility for overtime, and ability to handle cold conditions as needed. Candidates should be proficient in English and Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Teams
• Experience with material handling equipment preferred

Responsibilities

• Follows SOPs to assess inventory, submit orders, and audit operations
• Directs floor workflows including packing, unloading, shipping, and delivery scheduling
• Analyzes data to track productivity and efficiency against targets
• Coordinates with supervisors to align inventory priorities
• Assists in inbound/outbound workload forecasting and labor planning
• May wear steel-toed boots and work in cold environments
• Willing to rotate through warehouse areas and operate equipment
