Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring for a Lead Associate, Warehouse Operations. The role supports the Warehouse Supervisor in inbound or outbound management and coordinates receipt, storage, and shipment of products across the warehouse floor.

You will supervise 10–15 associates, train new staff, and communicate with customers about delivery disruptions, updates, and satisfaction. This role requires leadership and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and follow up skills.
• Great communication skills (bi-lingual is a plus).
• Prior knowledge working with a WMS system.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (PIT preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel knowledge preferred.
• 2-4 years experience in a warehouse/distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of 10-15 Warehouse Associates.
• Training new employees on procedures.
• Measuring safety, productivity, and quality standards.
• Coordinating housekeeping, inventory control and safety requirements.
• Support in distribution center functions: unloading, breaking down, stocking, order processing.
• Leading team meetings and addressing issues.
• Operating order picker or forklift as needed.
