Job summary

Zones, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Deskside Support Technician (L1) in Spartanburg, SC to provide onsite IT support for distribution centers and end-users. You will handle incidents through ServiceNow, manage device lifecycles, and maintain asset inventories while supporting RF scanners and Zebra printers in a fast-paced logistics setting.

The role requires 2+ years in IT support, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and experience with enterprise tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support for end users.
• Manage incidents and service requests via ServiceNow.
• Ensure end-to-end ownership of tickets.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Support device lifecycle (deployment, imaging, replacement).
• Maintain asset inventory and documentation.
• Support warehouse devices including RF scanners and industrial printers.
• Perform proactive maintenance and audits.
