Zones IT Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Deskside Support Technician (L1) to provide onsite IT support for distribution centers in Spartanburg, SC. The role ensures high availability of mission-critical warehouse and end-user technologies that support daily operations.

Aligned with enterprise desktop engineering standards, you will work with modern endpoint management, security practices, and clear role expectations while handling incidents in ServiceNow and supporting RF scanners and printers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT support experience.
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow).
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support for end users.
• Manage incidents and service requests via ServiceNow.
• Ensure end-to-end ownership of tickets.
• Troubleshot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Support device lifecycle (deployment, imaging, replacement).
• Maintain asset inventory and documentation.
• Support warehouse devices including RF scanners and industrial printers.
• Perform proactive maintenance and audits.
• Working from Heights up to 45ft to Support / Manage FD Cabinets.
