Job summary
Delta Computer Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer – Plant Operations to provide hands-on IT support in a fast-paced manufacturing plant and warehouse. You will handle RF devices, Zebra printers, SAP warehouse functions, endpoints, and enterprise apps on site in Piedmont, SC.
The role emphasizes troubleshooting across hardware, wireless networks, printing, SAP, and endpoints, with PowerShell scripting for automation and proactive system uptime.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on desktop / IT support experience.
- 4+ years supporting manufacturing, plant, or warehouse environments.
- Hands-on experience with rugged RF handheld devices.
- PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, AD, networking, and enterprise Wi-Fi.
- Associate degree in IT/CS required; bachelor's preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite IT support for manufacturing and warehouse operations.
- Troubleshoot RF devices, printers, SAP WM RF workflows, and network issues.
- Support SAP warehouse transactions and RF-related output devices.
- Develop PowerShell scripts to automate provisioning and diagnostics.
- Maintain documentation and coordinate maintenance with production schedules.
