Job summary
Perry Ellis International seeks an on-site PC Specialist for our Seneca, SC distribution center to provide Tier 1 hardware and software support. You will split time between maintaining Zebra printers and RFID scanners (60%) and supporting desktop PCs, connectivity, and telephony (40%), coordinating with System Administrators on upgrades.
The role requires reliability, a quick learner, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of on-site hardware/software support experience.
- Direct experience with Zebra printers and RFID scanners.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work Monday–Friday.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair logistics hardware on the warehouse floor.
- Walk the warehouse floor to provide immediate technical assistance.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computers and peripheral equipment; maintain asset records.
- Monitor the ticketing queue and resolve incidents to prevent downtime.
- Coordinate with Telecomm and System Administrators for equipment changes.
- Ensure asset records and e-waste procedures are followed.
