Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a courteous front desk/guest services associate in Florida. You will greet residents and guests, assist with baggage, packages, parking, and information, and respond to inquiries about services and directions.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid Florida driver license, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Valid Florida Driver License.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Previous similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the needs of arriving and departing residents.
• Greets and assists residents and guests with baggage and package handling.
• Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
• Maintains equipment in working condition and reports any maintenance issue for repair.
• Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
• Other duties as required.
